Since the 60s, music lovers worldwide have been captivated by the sounds of the Beatles. But you don't have to take a trip back in time or "Across the Universe" to experience the exhilarating rush of a live show. NW Florida's only Beatles Tribute Band, Not Quite Fab, returns to rock Bands on the Beach from 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2, for an evening of music and memories. From the moment they hit the stage, the band will shift you back into a time of peace, love and "Strawberry Fields Forever."
For over eight years as a tribute band, the members of Not Quite Fab have pulled influences not only from the Beatles’ unique sound but also from their looks. The band dons identical brand instruments, mop top wigs, suits and even Liverpool accents. Band members for 2013 are Dickie Williams as "Paul", Jim DeStafney as"George", Jeff Fitzpatrick as"Ringo" and Glenn Vignolo as "John".
Audience members can expect to hear their classic favorites such as "Hey Jude," "Come Together," "She Loves You," "A Hard Days Night," and many more.
Spectators are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets to the pavilion area. No pets are allowed and glass is prohibited. Concerts are provided and organized by the Santa Rosa Island Authority.
