Gulf coast music veteran, Adam Holt, takes the stage at Bands on the Beach from 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday, October 22 at the Gulfside Pavilion. Thirteen years after he declares his professional job title as ‘musician’, he is still packing a punch with his blues-infused southern rock. His 4th and latest album, The Sunday Troubadour, is evidence of that, with Nashville-penned songs delivered by a beat up Les Paul, playing through 100 watts of pure Marshall tone. Add Holt’s standout, warm, rounded whisky voice to the mix to finish off the melodies, and you’ve got a sound defined as ‘New Southern Rock’.
Spectators are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets to the pavilion area. No pets are allowed and glass is prohibited. Concerts are provided and organized by the Santa Rosa Island Authority.
