HIGH TIME BAND
A six-piece country/ southern rock variety band that is one of Pensacola’s leading entertaining groups, High Time Band combines three powerhouse vocalists with an amazing harmony vocalist to bring you that cutting edge entertainment you would expect from a touring act. With the incredible musicianship of the band, the groove will keep your foot stomping and dancing the night away.
With more than 60 years of combined experience, High Time Band will show you a great time. Some of their writing influences for their original music include Top 40 acts like Merle Haggard, Ronnie Milsap, George Strait, Travis Tritt, Hank Williams Jr., and many more.
Roy Smith is the Lead Vocalist and Band Leader along with the major contributor of the band’s original music. Bass player Rick Smith brings the driving force that gets people out on the floor. His incredible harmony vocals bring that shimmer that makes the songs complete. Clint Smith is the heartbeat of the band on drums, he keeps that groove going. Jessie Reynolds is on vocals and a man with many hats – he plays pedal steel, electric guitar, bass, banjo, and many more. His picking brings that soulful edge you would expect in country and rock music. Sam Reynolds is on guitar playing that rhythm and lead that gets you that “I’ve Heard That Song Before” moment. On the keys, Edie Carnes brings it when it comes to those melodies along with his talented vocal ability.
